Boards and Committees
Board of Directors	Positions at Closet Cinema for the Board of Directors are available now. Assist in the yearly operation of closet cinema. Duties can include in setting up fundraisers and benefits. The board is seeking applicants with PR/Marketing, and special events skills, but those areas of expertise are not necessary. Fundraising Committee	Closet Cinema is looking for energetic folks to help with the Annual Film Festival. Committee members are asked to be involved in soliciting sponsors, ad sales, and event planning. Internships are available. Screening Committee	Assist in screening films for the festival. Meet periodically to discuss films with programming director

Administrative Positions
Book Keeper	Manages Closet Cinema's books and works in conjunction with the Box Office coordinator during the film festival.
Box Office Coordinator	Assist in managing ticketing system for the film festival. Duties include daily reports for advance ticketing and day of show screenings.
Development Director	Is responsible for bringing in sustainable year round income for events produced by Closet Cinema which includes the SWGLFF. Duties include grant writing, sponsor solicitation, and ad sales.
Development Coordinator	Assist in all aspects and works in conjunction with the Development Director.
PR / Marketing Coordinator	Manages publicity in all media for Closet Cinema's events including the film festival.
Membership Coordinator	Coordinates membership drive and manages new and existing memberships year round.
Print Traffic Coordinator(s)	Coordinate the flow of prints between venues and cities.
Print Traffic Assistants	Assists the coordinator in the  movement of films between venues and cities.
Venue Managers	Oversees ushers, ticket takers, ballot takers, and box office.
Volunteer Coordinators	Manage volunteers for festival. Duties include creating volunteer schedule for the duration of the fest and organizing the volunteer appreciation party.
Creative & Technology Positions
Ad Wrangler	Assist in acquiring ads for the program guide, slides for pre-show, banner placement, and fliers for the information table.
Computer Guru	Manage festival computers regarding software and hardware.
Festival Photographer	Event photographer. Digital preferred.
Graphic Designer	Designs artwork for Closet Cinema and the Southwest Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. Design work includes creating ads, slides, festival program cover, and poster.
Special Event Coordinators	Supervises and creates the space for events and parties during the film festival. Duties include coordinating the catering, music (djs and bands), decoration, and more.
Technical Manager	Manages all technical aspects of the festival regarding projection and sound at the venues.
Website Designer	Creates the festival website as well as maintain Closet Cinema's site year round.
